Between the three of us we spent several hundred dollars on gambling, dinner, and hotel. Is this the way to treat returning guests? If so, this will be my last visit to this hotel. At this point, 12:30, we were exhausted, so we gave up and suffered a miserable night sleeping as best we could.

I finally called their outside line only to be connected to voice mail and forced to leave a message, which was never returned. I tried contacting the front desk no less than 5 times from our room and got a busy signal every time. In fact, they were not dealt with at all. We talked with Penny (in person) at the front desk, who assured us both problems would be dealt with immediately. Also, the room was very warm and turning the thermostat all the way down as low as possible, did nothing. I tried my best to hand tighten the bolts but needed pliers. In checking in to our room my companions both female, complained of the toilet lid not being secure whenever they used the rest room. Very disappointed with our latest visit at this establishment.
